Placed a larger order and after reviewing, selecting and proceeded through checkout; the card I used was billed for each charge, but the website stop working and didnt complete the order giving me a weird error window stating that gunbrokers server didnt connect. Yet Ive been billed already. I have no confirmation for items purchased. I have zero ability to contact a person and speak about how to resolve this catastrophe. Please provide support and help fix this disaster.

They screwed up and didn't make it right

An online marketplace needs 3 things to be legitimate: good tech, good reputation, and good customer service Gunbroker.com has none of these. Tech: Their system sent an address I did not designate for my purchase to the seller, costing me and extra $55 (big thanks to Crossroad Pawn for giving me back some of this, even though it wasn't his fault). Reputation: read reviews of this site. I didn't before shopping here, and had to endure the nightmare of figuring out how bad they were AFTER buying with them. Customer Service: their customer service was basically nonresponsive and provided useless FAQ answers which showed they didn't even read everything I sent them. I had to write a new email to them multiple times to get them to respond at above a 3rd grade level. Then they tried to BLAME me and the seller for a technical error on their part. This is their response: "The cause of the matter was two fold. Part of it was the buyers fault for not keeping the account defaults up to date before placing bids on items and the other part was the seller for creating the label before the buyer completed seller review. The seller has agreed to refund 25.00 for the transfer fee, we feel that is fair. We are closing out this matter. Have a great weekend."

They have locked my account twice now while Im in the middle of a bid war! Ive been a member for over a year and have bought well over $20,000 worth of goods. The first time, they are accusing me of duplicate accounts and bid manipulation. During the first lockout, I made a new account after they locked me out of my account. They finally reopened my account and least then 18 hours later locked it again. No one will answer the phone. No one has tried to call me. I have had ZERO issues up until yesterday. Im beyond pissed. Customer service is non existent. At least most of the sellers have been nice and responded.

The payment was posted on 01/31/24. And the purchase was made on about 12/30/23. This caused us to cancel our credit card, we thought this was a fraudulent charge. This has been paid we are waiting on new credit cards. Thanks, Bill

Loved the process went smooth but thos is the first gun I have purchased on the site so I'm hoping it won't be my last. Seller has not gotten back to me which makes me nervous.

Ffl dealer received gun box was destroyed. Opened box trigger guard was broken and had scratched the gun all up I have pictures sent to me from my dealer.

After about 20 transactions on Gunbroker I had an issue. So I contacted them. There was zero support. And I mean absolutely ZERO. Sent messages with never a reply. Not one time. Finally out of frustration I sent a message telling them how I felt. Still no response of any kind and the next time I logged on my account was suspended. These people are interested in your money and that's all. Gun Broker is the worst kind of filthy parasitic online scam. They embody every single thing wrong with online shopping. What else can I say? My only regret is I have to give one star.

Hello, I've tried to get assistance from gunbroker.com through everybody very means i can find. I recently won an auction, I paid immediately through your site, shortly after making payment the seller began harassing me for payment. They have called emailed texted. Your site specifically states do not pay on the side because the seller is either a scam or trying to circumvent site fees for the sale. I would appreciate immediate assistance as i won the auction and the seller is trying to back out of the sale. The seller, firearmland.com has been rude and very shady. I will also be reporting them the ATF to review their ffl.

When someone's account is hacked you need to be quick and proactive to get it resolved so there is no illegal activity. Not only was nothing resolved, I have no idea if the hacker still has access to my account because they switched the email and now I have no access to my account. I get an automated response from Gunbroker customer service saying the issue has been resolved when in reality nothing has been done for this issue at all and someone else has access to my account.

Bought gun and need invoice to send with check how do I get invoice. Called customer service and three times got disconnected. I never got to talk to anybody. First time using Gun Brokers to purchase a gun and I assure you will be the last time I use your service. I have no idea how you have stayed in business as long as you have. Once I complete purchasing gun I have always wanted. I will never go through you again.

Cannot log in. Multiple attempts tried changing password, same problem. I need to speak to an actual person. Please call me at (360) 259-****. Attempting to sell a shotgun using your website. Also tried multiple sources,tablets,IPhone, home computer. Very frustrating trying to navigate and receive a response. Your email response is of no help.

Had one issue in dozens of transactions and asked for support help. There is ZERO. Never heard a peep back from them. So when I pressed the issue they still didn't respond but banned my account. They represent everything wrong with the internet. Absolutely and positively useless. Take your business elsewhere there are plenty of reliable options.

Theres a piece of the stock that has a nice little nick in it and its missing a piece of the wood. Someone when packaging this gun did some damage to it and never said anything. Also the bolt wont go in this gun.
