Finally processed my registration for ID validation. Just be patient. You will not be able to talk to anyone.
I have not received any further information about the status of that process. I have an account with gunbroker and have had it for quite sometime. I have purchased items thru them and was watching several listed guns when I sent the ID items. Since then I cannot make new watch listings or view the old ones.
I get an error message pertaining to the ongoing ( I presume it is ongoing although I have nothing to verify that) ID verification. So now, I have no way to know if my submission is pending, needing more info, etc, no feedback whatso ever. If there was a better way to sell my guns I would surely use it! And in the meantime I cannot use gunbroker for other items.
It seems like there is a glitch in the software and if so how will I ever get it taken care of without some feedback, preferably by talking to someone. It's not a very good way to run a business, just like facebk.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They sent me my product. Keep your paperwork in order.
I could have gotten the right product. I did not realize I submitted it when I was trying to change it.
It went through; no way to get ahold of you quickly. I could have resolved this and gotten the right product.
But now I have to live with something I did not want because your customer does not back up his end. Either nobody was very friendly for customer service, or there is no customer service.

Avoid gun broker. They do not support someone trying to set up an account with them. They do not reply to emails asking for help to activate a new account.
Ive sent emails daily and no reply. There is no phone number for them. They wont fix a locked account problem and they wont fix the problem with not being able to sign in.
They wont reply !!!

I don't know what to tell future customers, but I'm still bidding on different guns with Gumber. I don't know what to tell the other customers. I am getting my 7mm shipped today from Gumber and still bidding on different guns, but I got informed about 45 minutes ago that I was the low bidder on item 116278****, the Tika and 7 mm Remington mag. I don't know how I was a little bidder; the last time I checked it had been sold, and my bid—or it says my bid—was 499.99.
I don't ever remember bidding like that; I always round everything off. So, I have talked to the owner, and he says I'm the low bidder and he understands my situation because I just bought another 7 millime.
