I've tried numerous times to call this vendor at his phone number with no avail. Can't get a tracking number.

I can't get an answer from Gun Broker and/or lender.

Please advise. Do I need to call my credit card company and put a dispute in?

GunBroker - Dog *** customer service

Gunbroker.com will not reply to my emails and when they do they beat around the bush and don't solve anything. I closed a account and went to open a new one, and it states "email already on file" and the incompitent *** just email me with "log into the old account and update your info" even tho it's closed already, they are one of the worst websites I've seen.

I've told them multiple times to delete and get rid of my email information, but they won't which is kind of suspicious. And I've been at it for 5 days with still incompitent *** replies. Oh want to call them and get it sorted in a timely manner.

That's not gonna happen. Honestly wish I could contact their ceo and tell him what incompetent *** work under him.

User's recommendation: be very cautious on this site if you bid and something goes wrong with paperwork, gunbroker support is 99% of the time not gonna help you and your sol your money and time.

Cancel bid

I inadvertently bid on the wrong item and asked to cancel the bid on that item so I could bid on the right item, and I was refused and talked to very poorly about it. And now I can't access my account to check the status or anything. This is unacceptable behavior, in my opinion.

Hello, I won a couple of auctions today and began to check out when I realized that my credit card had been hacked. I immediately contacted the sellers to let them know.

I then contacted my credit card customer service and was on the phone with them getting everything straightened out, and Haris Goldman started sending very nasty texts and emails. I will not do business with anyone like this. Is harassing and threatening behavior allowed on your site? I would like to file a formal complaint against this person.

I have paid for the other auction, but I will not pay Haris Goldman after the way he handled himself. Please let me know where I can send his texts and emails so you can see for yourself how he reacted.

GunBroker sucks

I tried to reactivate an old account I had years ago under a different email address or activate a new account. I was blocked at every point by a very low IQ artificial intelligence response.

In desperation I found the Pissed Consumer telephone number which I used but received no intelligible response.

Same as my other attempts. Why does GunBroker want to block me,?

Phantom fee, I cannot do anything inside G/B. Says there’s a fee due but I can’t find the fee?!

I let my account sit untouched, no action for about 2 months and I've incurred a fee of $49.99. I can't find the fee in my statements, and the site doesn't allow me to pay the fee.

For now, all I can do is log in, find beautiful items I cannot bid on, or even add to my watch list. I need help!
